Actively involved in real estate projects since 2008, Ligia Dacal is an Investor Relations and Capital Markets Advisor at KBIS Capital, a Management Affiliate. She also manages investor relations, supervises compliance and risk management activities, raises equity capital, underwrites asset acquisitions, and monitors portfolio performance. She began her career as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC Vzla.) before transitioning to the financial sector as Treasury Coordinator at IBM Vzla. Prior to her time in real estate, she was also the controller of Arthur D. Little Vzla.
