Luis Yanes is the Founder and CEO of KBIS Capital, a member of its Investment Committee, and a real estate investor with extensive experience across the U.S. and Latin America. Luis sits on the Board of Directors of Florida International University’s Hollo School of Real Estate. He founded and managed a real estate development firm in Latin America, which between 2007 and 2013, delivered more than 2,500 multifamily units. Luis is an active member of YPO, Tiger 21, and the ULI. During his time in Latin America, Luis also co-founded and managed Y&V Engineering and Construction, a successful EPC contractor of more than 1,000 employees that specialized in world-class engineering for large industrial and infrastructure projects across Latin America and North America.
